There is a high demand to look thin and toned. Everywhere we look we see models on television, magazines, etc. How is everyone in such immaculate shape but your left overweight? Are they doing something special that you do not know about? Are these models using the latest fad diet or possibly the Adkins diet? There are literally 100's of fad diets out there floating around on the internet. How do you know which fad diet is the best?

The simple answer is there is no fad diet that is right for you. They are all a big waste of time and money. Sure you might lose a little weight in the beginning but you will always gain the weight back. The best way to lose weight is the natural way. Do you really want to eat grapefruit and tuna for the rest of your life? Of course you don't so stop wasting your hard earned dollars on these silly fad diets. All fad diets are simply bad.

How Do You Spot A Fad Diet

There is not a simple approach to actually spotting a fad diet. All fad diets have one thing in common though. They promise these wonderful results only to allow you gain all the weight back in the end. Never will a fad diet allow you to adjust your lifestyle that includes regular balanced meals along with proper nutrition. Here are some guidelines to follow when trying these phony diets:

All fad diets promise quick immediate results.

You know the term sounds too good to be true? Fad diets are simply too good to be true!

There is a simple conclusion that is drawn from a wild and elaborate complex study. If there is medical terminology in their claims such as Dr. Adkins there is a red flag for a fad diet.

Eliminated one or more of the five food groups. Eating should be enjoyable do not force yourself to eat junk you do not like to eat.

Most importantly, list "good " and "bad" foods!
